Dwayne A DePrizio is a leader in the Transportation Industry. Having worked as Labor and Management, having been a member of two Unions, Teamsters as well as AIM Union, he brings to the industry over three decades of well-rounded experience. He is a leader, an intrapreneur and a budding entrepreneur.

 

  His business journey began in his teens in warehousing around the Chicagoland area. He has had the pleasure of being part of some excellent teams over the years and had great leadership that has helped to mold who he is today. Starting in the warehousing industry at 19 working in a Office products company, he started at ground level as an order processor. At the age of 20, he was promoted to Supervisor and then within a year was promoted again to Warehouse Manager. For the next 2 years he honed his leadership skills to move the company in a forward motion with understanding the ins and outs of the business.

  Dwayne went from the Office products to the Wire and Cable industry, where he began to form a true understanding of customers’ needs. Moving on from there to Grocery warehousing where he began to understand supply and demand. His next journey was into the Transportation side at the railroad. This is where he learned the supply chain, the need for on time performance and delivery of the end product for a large and robust customer base.
